7/8/2019 - Syracuse Children's Theatre re-named our building in East Syracuse the Senator John DeFrancisco Center for the Performing Arts with a dedication ceremony. CLICK HERE to watch the Bridgestreet segment covering the event.

12/29/2018 - SCT held a Dance Party Marathon in celebration of our 20th Anniversary! We raised money so that we could pay off our building mortgage and guarantee that Syracuse Children's Theatre will be around for generations to come!!!

1/5/2018 - 10 SCT students attended NYSTEA (New York State Theatre Education Association) where each student attended 5 workshops and learned more about their craft!

5/11/2017 - Students from SCT's production of Disney Peter Pan, Jr. perform on Bridge Street!

1/21/2016 - SCT Receives $23,105 from the Central New York Community Foundation to Fund New Microphones!
